EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All orders placed through COD (cash on delivery) payment mode will only be eligible for exchange. Refunds are not applicable for such orders.

Products should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the price tags, labels, packing, barcodes, and invoice copy, collectively referred to as essentials. If any product is returned without the essentials, the return will not be accepted.

The return packages should be strongly and adequately packaged to prevent any damage to the products during transit.

Products purchased under promotions, sales, or discounts will not be accepted for returns.

Home products (Bedcover, Bedsheet, Quilt, Dohar, and Table Linen) will not be exchanged if the packaging seal is broken. Extra Cotton Filling Quilts are made to order and are not eligible for exchange, return, or COD payment. You will receive a confirmation call from our team for made-to-order products.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please get in touch with us immediately. Email us at varun@dripcasa.in with photographs of the defective product, and our customer care team will take appropriate action.

For returns or exchanges (excluding damages or defects during parcel receipt), the logistics cost of return will be borne by the customer.

Paper, Stationery, Bath & Body, and all Made-to-Order/Customized products will not be accepted for exchange or return.

Products eligible for return can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise, provided a return code has been obtained.

Goods sold online will not be exchanged or returned at retail counters.

RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

RETURN REQUEST TIMELINE

  • Return requests will be accepted within 2 days from the date of receipt of the order.
  • Any return request raised after 2 days of delivery will not be eligible for return.

REFUND POLICY

  • Once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved by our team, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited to the customer’s source account through the original payment method used during purchase.
  • The refund amount will reflect in the customer’s account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We offer a 7-day Replacement and Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.
  • Products eligible for replacement or exchange must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all tags, labels, accessories, and invoice copies.
  • Once the replacement or exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 5 working days, subject to serviceability and stock availability.
  • Replacement and exchange requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email us at varun@dripcasa.in with a photo or video of the damaged product. The email should be sent within 6 hours of delivery. In such cases, we will work towards a mutual resolution.

All customs duties levied on the products will be borne by the customer.

International orders are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
